3 You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.
4 Such confidence we have through Christ before God. 5 Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from God. 6 He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant—not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
7 Now if the ministry that brought death, which was engraved in letters on stone, came with glory, so that the Israelites could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of its glory, transitory though it was, 8 will not the ministry of the Spirit be even more glorious?

Paul affirms that we believers are letter of Christ that is written with the Spirit of the Living God and on the human hearts. This living Spirit is not condemning us but giving us new life in God. We believes are all called the minister of the New Covenant which differs from the Old Covenant that condemns. This ministry of giving life to people is more glorious than that of the Old Covenant represented by Moses.

My Lord, I delight to be a letter of Christ that the Holy Spirit writes down the word of promise and love of God on the tablet of my heart. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit that gives life to me everyday and all the times. Without the Holy Spirit in my life, I will be cut-off from the life of the living God. The Holy Spirit is also the strength of my ministry that I minister according to the Holy Spirit and by the Holy Spirit. My Spirit, please speaks to me and realizes the life of Jesus in my daily life.
