Living in the New Way of the Spirit - No More Condemnation

4 So, my brothers and sisters, you also died to the law through the body of Christ, that you might belong to another, to him who was raised from the dead, in order that we might bear fruit for God. 5 For when we were in the realm of the flesh, the sinful passions aroused by the law were at work in us, so that we bore fruit for death. 6 But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.

My Lord! I nearly forget the most important fact of my spiritual life that I had died to the law and the sinful passions that once bound me through the body of Jesus Christ on the Cross. I have been released from the law that condemned me and led to my death. This was a historical fact done by Jesus and is now effected on me by the Spirit through my sincere faith in God.

My Spirit, I continue to pray for this kind of spiritual transformation in my life that I now shall live and serve in the new way of the Spirit without following the old way of the law that I must rely on my strength to please You and attain my righteousness that ultimately only led me to frustration and death. I eagerly want to live a new way of the Spirit that I only please You out of my gratitude of the salvation I receive, and I can live a life with inner peace from the Holy Spirit that I truly know that there is no more condemnation from God and from own conscience but unconditional grace and love from God to me.
